Our values guide our entire school program, including our performance assessment system. They provide our North Star, ensuring that all CapX students graduate ready for the next academic level, prepared to choose their next path, and able to contribute solutions to real world challenges.
The result? Students successfully apply their learning and use their creativity in a variety of contexts beyond the classroom, making school more enjoyable and effective.
Meet the team
Lanette Dailey-Reese
Lanette is the founding executive director of the Capital Experience Lab. With over 20 years of experience as a school administrator and educator, she specializes in K-12 school leadership and improving student outcomes in the face of diverse challenges.
Lanette holds a Masters of Higher Education Leadership and Management from Drexel University and a Masters of City, Community, and Regional Planning from Temple University. She is a board member at the Charter School Development Corporation and previously held fellowships at Camelback Ventures, High Tech High, and CityBridge.
